  My husband slipped and fell in your parking lot this morning. Not a single employee came out to help him. But one sat in the window and shook her head. Are there no managers at this business?
  
  He went into the store and into the bathroom to check if he was bleeding. Again, no one helped him.
  
  He walked to Hardees to get a breakfast biscuit because he likes them. Well, he waited at the counter for 10 minutes and no one came to take his order.
  
  You are never getting our/his business again. Unbelievably bad business. Ought to sue you for not having a decently maintained parking lot for customers.

  I've lived in Rantoul for 20 years. One of my all time favorite fast food places is definitely Hardees.
  
  Now don't get me wrong this place used to be a lot worse then it is these days. I remember about 10 years ago waiting was the biggest thing here. But that all has changed over the years. Drive through, or front counter is usually pretty speedy.
  
  About 6 years ago it used to be you couldn't go to the drive though without having to pull up and wait 15 minutes. But with new management and employees they have definitely started a new pace for this establishment.
  
  There are some small things that happen every now and then. Sometimes an order gets messed up. Calmly speaking to an employee always gets it resolved. I have had orders messed up, and this place has always come through for me in the end.
  
  One thing that concerns me though. At this place in particular a local resident comes everyday around the evening. This man is not an employee or affiliated with Hardees at all. He comes to take trash out sweep and mop the lobby and just in general do boring tasks that the employees will not do. In return he gets free food. I have addressed this issue with Hardees HR and still nothing has been done to resolve this man receiving free food at the cost of employees not doing their job. The worst part is this man has previous record involving a minor. And he's up there everyday around after school is let out. I'm a father and personally this worries me. If my child was older I would not want her going to this establishment with him around.
  
  Other then that particular objection this place is great. Has been running wonderful for at least 3 years now with amazing customer service.

  The food is generally good but it is expensive and this particular location has some unsanitary habits. Today the cashiers were counting money on the food prep counter and handling food at the same time. There was also a couple bags of garbage stacked up next to the door in the drive thru area. The staff was friendly and made sure the food was fresh but they need to pay better attention to safe food practices.
